5. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and typically takes 2 business days.
6. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Refunds

1. We accept refunds within 3 days of the product being received if it is unopened.
2. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within the 3-day period.
3. We will not accept refunds for products that have been opened or used.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of the product being returned to us.
